Fix Login Issues by Clearing Your Browser's Cache

If you have issues logging in, we would kindly advise that you try clearing your internet browser's cache, which typically resolves this issue. Below are the steps on how to clear cache for your specific browser:

Google Chrome (macOS & Windows)

  1. Open Google Chrome.

  2. Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.

  3. Go to More tools > Clear browsing data…

  4. In the pop-up, under the Basic tab:

    • Choose Time range (e.g., “Last hour” or “All time”).

    • Make sure Cached images and files is checked.

  5. Click Clear data.

Microsoft Edge (Windows & macOS)

  1. Open Microsoft Edge.

  2. Click the three dots (⋯) in the upper-right corner.

  3. Select Settings > Privacy, search, and services.

  4. Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.

  5. Choose a Time range and ensure Cached images and files is selected.

  6. Click Clear now.

Safari (macOS)

  1. Open Safari.

  2. In the top menu bar, click Safari > Preferences (or Settings on newer macOS versions).

  3. Navigate to the Privacy tab.

  4. Click Manage Website Data…

  5. Click Remove All > Remove Now to clear all cached data.

  6. To clear cache only:

    • In the top menu, click Develop > Empty Caches.

    • Note: If you don’t see the Develop menu, go to Safari > Preferences > Advanced, then check “Show Develop menu in menu bar.”
